Core: 22kgs/m3 EPS foam core (Lightweight EPS closed-cell foam core)
Bottom: 65S HDPE slick bottom.
Constructure: 4’11’’/5’/5’5’’/5’6’’/5’10’’/6’/6’6’’/7’ with two wooden stringers inside.
7’6’’/8’/9’ with two wooden stringers + one fiberglass tube inside.
Design: Can do customized silk printing & Complex Roller design.
If you need do customized shape size, we also have CNC shape machine to make any size as require.
