Blue Bay has two factory sites and own one special workshop to produce EPS surfboard and PU surfboard. Shortboard, Fishboard, Funboard, Longboard all can do OEM. Size can be 4’ to 9’10’’. We have precious CNC shape machine to make any shape customer require. All process are made by hand. EPS Surfboard Annuel output is about 3000pcs.
EPS surfboard become more popular these days. EPS foam is much lighter than PU, making it a great option for surfers that love to take it to the air. Lighter boards are easier to whip around quickly. This extra sensitivity is the perfect construction for progressive surfing on waves that let you perform quick, snappy maneuvers.
